Samsung Galaxy A23 4GB RAM 64GB ROM 5000mAh measures 165.10 x 76.40 x 8.80mm (height x width x thickness) and weighs 195.00 grams. It was launched in Black, Blue, Peach, and White colours. The glass front is black enough while the rear is well shaped with no carvings as seen in Redmi Note 11. The selfie camera is packed in a teardrop on the upper part of the screen, while the power button which has the fingerprint sensor sits at the right side below the volume buttons.
Display: Here, Samsung offers a 6.60-inch touchscreen display offering a resolution of 1080×2408 pixels, to allow you scroll through your screen smoothly. The resolution is enough to work under direct sunlight and there is no colour imbalance noticeable.
Camera: Samsung has dominated the camera industry for a long time. Every time they launch a new handset the camera is always the talk. The Galaxy A23 adds flavour to this. The Camera App of Galaxy A23 packs a 50 MP, f/1.8, (wide) main sensor which is backed by a 5 MP, f/2.2, (ultrawide), 1/5″, 1.12µm which is paired with 2 MP, f/2.4, (macro sensor) and a 2 MP, f/2.4, (depth). The selfie camera is an 8 MP, f/2.2, (wide sensor). Going on to the quality of the photos, the A23 is a recomendable camera phone for this range. It shoots brilliant photos that are well sharpened and have a good colour balance. The camera features include; LED flash, Panorama and HDR.
Perfrormance: Samsung Galaxy A23 is powered by an octa-core processor and a Qualcomm SM6225 Snapdragon 680 4G (6 nm) Chipset that sets it above most of the new mid range smartphones. Samsung claims it has upped its performance from the previous models; the Galaxy A22 and Galaxy A21, by 35%, GPU performance by 46% and CPU performance by 30%. You are getting a phone with a strong hardware and which is able to take most of the heavy tasks.
Battery: The battery of the A23 is heavily packed. The 5000 mAh battery, similar to that of Samsung Galaxy A53 5G and Galaxy A33 5G, is enough to curry you a day and half depending on your usage. The battery is not the best, considering others like the Realme Narzo 50A 4GB 64GB and Narzo 50A 4GB 128GB, which pack an extra 1000 mAh, but it manages to rise above the bottom line where some of the most expensive phones such as the Samsung Galaxy S22 Plus 256GB lie.
